Bartın University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences and Bartın University Institute of Social Sciences, which were established on 22 May 2008 under Law No. 5765, and Institute of Educational Sciences, which were established on 8 March 2012 with the decision no. 2012/2772 published in the Official Gazette numbered 28227, were closed with the Presidential Decision numbered 2654 and the Graduate School was established on 15 June 2020.
